Exchange and Return Policy

Khas Oud and Perfumes Company seeks to satisfy its customers as we are proud of our name and the excellence of our products and their quality, but if you are not convinced of them, we help you to return or replace them according to the following conditions:

Exchange and return policy

1- If you purchased through our online store

- You can submit a request to replace the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition and without any damage and wrapped in the original packaging of a special company for oud and perfumes by communicating with the customer service team in our online store in the following ways:

With the clarification of the invoice number and the reason for the replacement, in turn, the service team will contact the customer within 48 hours to arrange the replacement or return process.

- The replacement is for a product with the same value or a higher value for the product to be replaced, and the customer is charged to pay the difference.

- The original invoice must be attached to the product to be replaced.

- The customer will be charged the shipping fees for the product to be replaced through the shipping companies and he will also bear the value of the return shipment knowing that these amounts are paid to the shipping company and these amounts are deducted from the customer's recovered value.


- The product is replaced free of charge in the event that a product is received that is in violation of what was purchased by the customer and it has been proven that the product has a manufacturing defect

- The replacement process may take 15 days until the product to be replaced is received by the shipping company and a replacement is sent for it

It is strictly forbidden to replace or return the product after opening the original package, except in the event of a defect or contrary to the specifications.

- The customer is not entitled to request to replace the product after 7 days have passed from receiving the product.

Return Policy:

- If the purchase was made with your credit card, you can recover your money when we receive your request. The amount is according to your bank and it may take up to 30 days for the amount to be returned.

- In the event that the purchase was made by means of payment on receipt, you can return the value of the order to your account balance on the site, and you can use it to buy other products from the site, or the value of the order can be refunded by bank transfer as desired by the customer and it may take up to 30 days to recover the amount.


2- If you bought it through one of our branches:

- That the product to be replaced or returned is in a proper condition, has not been opened or used, with its original packaging and the same original condition upon receipt.

- The replacement is for a product with the same value or a higher value for the product to be replaced, and the customer is charged to pay the difference.

The product is replaced within seven days from the date of purchase.

- The original invoice must be attached to the product to be replaced or returned.

- The product will be replaced if the product does not match the specifications of the product offered for sale.

It is strictly forbidden to replace or return the product after opening the original packaging, except in the event of a defect or contrary to the specifications

- The customer is not entitled to request to replace the product after 7 days have passed from purchasing the product

- The value of the product is returned directly to the customer's account or in cash



To our valued customers in Saudi Arabia, we would like to inform you that 15% VAT will be collected during the shipment delivery process
